Get a Quote or Place an Order

From within your shopping cart, you can choose to either Get a Quote or Proceed to Checkout (which will produce an order).


Once you have chosen to either get a quote or place an order for the items in your shopping cart and you complete the checkout process, you will receive an email confirming our receipt of your quote/order.

Rodem's customer service department will review and process your Quote or Order and you will receive a formal quotation or order confirmation within 24 business hours.  You will receive that email directly from a Rodem Customer Service Representative.

1) If you know your product number or description, you can always use the search bar at the top of the web store.


2)  You can use the Magic button, to see a list of your company's most frequently purchased products.


3)  You can find a previous order and reorder the product(s) from there.  

To find a previous order, use the search boxes on the My orders page.  
If you know Rodem's sales order number, you can use the Order no. search box.  
If you know your PO#, you can use the Reference number search box.
Note:  If you are looking for an order that is older than the defaulted 3 month timeframe, you will need to delete the date in the From field.

Our customer service department works hard to process your order quickly and your items may already be on order with vendor.  Because of that, orders cannot be edited online.

If you find you need to make an adjustment to an existing quote or order, please reach out to your CSR directly or our customer service department at insidesales@rodem.com.

For quotes that were placed through the web store, you are also able to convert them to an order through the web store.  From the quote details page, click the Convert to order button.


If the Convert to order button is greyed out, this quotation was not created through the web store.  You will need to contact your CSR to have the quote converted to an order.

To order a quote that has expired, you will need to submit a new quote.


To do that, click on the View details button.  From within the quote details, you can Reorder the product(s).  


After you click reorder, the products will be put into your shopping cart and allow you to request an updated Quote.

In the checkout process, there is a Comments box.  

Here you will be able to provide us with additional shipping information for the order, the last 4 digits of your credit card (if that is the form of payment being used), along with any additional product or other order details necessary.
