Justin went to school at Bishop Fenwick in Franklin, OH and the University of Cincinnati studying Chemical Engineering. Â After graduating in 2019, he started his career at AGY in Aiken, South Carolina supporting a fiberglass mat manufacturing site. He then got his start in the sanitary industry as a process engineer manufacturing sterile drugs with Thermo Fisher in North Carolina. He will be a great addition to the Rodem engineering team, bringing 4 years of pharmaceutical process design and manufacturing experience. Justin looks forward to learning more about the food industry to compliment his pharma / life sciences background. In his personal time, he likes hiking / exploring the mountains and enjoying time with his two dogs.
